QANBA USA does not accept returns. In the case of an incorrect order or defective product with valid warranty, Qanba USA will issue a replacement product. (For more information about product warranty, please see “Warranty Policy” and “Warranty Support” below). To return your item for a replacement product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information, order information and reason for return.
All returned products must be in the original packaging and include all original contents, including manuals, inserts, cables, accessories, and parts, accompanied by a proof of purchase.
The customer will not be reimbursed for shipping charges on return merchandise. QANBA USA is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. A 15% restocking fee will also be applied to any returned merchandise.
QANBA USA Product Limited Warranty warrants to the original purchaser that the Sony product purchased new in its original packaging from an authorized retailer shall be free of any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. All other products such as bags or the Carbon joystick have a warranty of 90 days from date of purchase.

The warranty is voided immediately upon opening up the case for modification in any way, including but not limited to replacing interior components. Mod at your own risk.
This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized dealers, including second hand purchasing online or through any resellers. For a list of authorized retailers, please see our FAQ.
This warranty is valid only within the USA and Canada.
This warranty does not cover general wear and tear over an extended period of time, damages due to external causes, or misuse of product. This can include but is not limited to abuse, accident, usage not in accordance with product instructions, negligence, improper installation or by any other causes not related to materials or workmanship.
Order Cancellation Policy
An order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed. We reserve all rights to sale and cancellations of orders up to our discretion.
We only ship to USA. Shipments within the continental USA will use UPS Surepost delivery. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will use USPS Priority Mail.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing time and an additional 7-10 days for delivery depending on location. Orders are processed every day Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. QANBA USA, does not process orders, ship, or deliver on weekends.
International orders including forwarding services will not be processed. All international orders will be automatically refunded if processed.
QANBA USA does not provide product support for discontinued products under most circumstances. To inquire for support, please email email@example.com detailing the product and questions. Please understand that we are unable to provide support for most discontinued products beyond basic troubleshooting.
Defects Past the Warranty Period
Under certain circumstances, Qanba USA can provide support for products with an expired warranty. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information, order information and product issues. Qanba USA reserves the right to refuse support to products with voided warranty.
PC-Related Customer Support
The variations in individual Windows PC system environments and hardware configurations limits our PC-related customer support to basic troubleshooting. Please contact Windows or your PC manufacturer for in-depth support.
