Q: What is your return policy?

Q: What is the warranty on Qanba products?
A: Each Sony Licensed Qanba product that you purchase directly through us or one of our authorized retailers has a one year warranty from date of purchase. All other products have a warranty of 90 days from date of purchase. Any modification to your fight stick immediately voids the warranty. This includes but is not limited to changing buttons, balltop, and any interior components. By modding your stick you assume all responsibility of possible malfunctions and surrender the option of returning your stick or receiving any additional support.
 
Q: My Qanba product has a defect and/or faulty part (button, USB door, etc.) but I did not purchase it from Qanba USA. What can I do?
A: Please contact the retailer that you purchased your Qanba product from directly. In the case that they cannot assist you, we will be able to offer replacement parts or unit if you purchased from one of our authorized retailers. Due to legal reasons, we cannot assist with product purchased outside of authorized retailers.
 
Q: Who are your authorized retailers?
A: Arcade Shock, Eightarc, Focus Attack, Game Over Video Games, Newegg, Canadian Joysticks, Paradise Arcade Shop, and Video Games New York.
 
Q: I’m an (eSports team, reviewer, streamer, influencer, tournament organizer, etc.) interested in working with Qanba for a (promotion, sponsorship, event, receiving product, etc.)! How can I get in touch with you?
A: We’d love to hear from you. Please email usa@qanba.com with your marketing proposal and slide deck attached. Due to the volume of inquiries that we receive, we may not be able to respond to each inquiry.
 
Q: I heard that Qanba is going expand internationally soon! What’s the status on that?
A: We’re working hard with Sony to expand worldwide! For updates regarding Qanba in Japan and Europe, please follow our international Twitter accounts @QanbaEU and @QanbaJP.
 
Q: Can you help me with issues I’m encountering with my older Qanba model?
A: We apologize that we no longer provide support for any models prior to the Qanba Carbon.
