Feels sturdy and smooth. Very responsive buttons and lever. Couldn't be happier with it
It's such a good stick!
It's pretty much perfect. The buttons are very responsive, the stick feels free and loose(not clunky or stiff). QC and HC are extremely fluid. The weight is a good balance of heavy enough to stay in place and light enough to forget it's there. Amazing design and the pictures don't do it justice for how good it looks in person. 10/10 will buy again.
Fantastic arcade stick. It was easier to pull off moves on this arcade stick than the other ones I normally use. Joystick movement and button presses felt smooth and responsive.
Sturdy, great feel to the stick and buttons. I am landing combos much more smoothly and confidently.
Great fight stick. Feels solid and has good tactile response from the buttons. Buttons and the stick felt sticky at first but after a few hours of play stopped getting stuck at all.
The buttons are actually pretty quiet unlike my older stick, the level feels great and I really like the design. I definitely recommend this Arcade stick.
There are a lot of options for arcade sticks these days, from custom to pre-built, but the Obsidian is an excellent benchmark and build quality/value is great at this price point. Enclosure material and design provides a nice wide, solid and stable surface, and the hardware is mounted in such a way that gives you authentic arcade feel, e.g. the stick is mounted at its proper height of 24mm between table top to ball bottom (other sticks have the stick set low relative to surface). This stick gives that solid cabinet feel at a great price, very hard to beat without spending much more.
It is a great fightstick, and it looks great. Modding would be more difficult than others, but I am honestly using it right out of the box.
